Petrobrás financiará projetos no Centro Oeste, Norte, Nordeste e nos Estados do Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais e Rio de Janeiro

Organizações da sociedade civil que atuam nos Estados do Centro Oeste, Norte, Nordeste, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais e Rio de Janeiro, podem enviar propostas para financiamento da Petrobrás dentro do edital do programaIntegração Petrobras Comunidades. O programa conta com recursos que totalizam 15 milhões de reais, para o Espírito Santo e Rio de Janeiro, e 23 milhões de reais, para o Nordeste, e 12 milhões de reais para Norte, Centro-Oeste e Minas Gerais. Em todos os casos o apoio financeiro será de até 300 mil reais por projeto.

Podem enviar projetos organizações que possuam como foco, ao menos, uma das seguintes linhas de atuação: geração de renda e oportunidade de trabalho; educação para a qualificação profissional; e garantia dos direitos da criança e do adolescente.

Os projetos que serão apoiados financeiramente deverão ter duração de 2 anos, e cada organização pode enviar até três projetos diferentes, mas somente um pode vir a ser financiado, caso escolhido.

As inscrições vão até o dia 13 de setembro de devem ser feitas online, com cópias impressas sendo enviadas obrigatoriamente também por via postal.

Cultura na Copa do Mundo

Até 23 de setembro deste ano os interessados em participar do Concurso Cultura 2014 poderão se inscrever. O procedimento deverá ser feito exclusivamente pelo sistema SalicWeb, disponível no site do Ministério da Cultura.

Podem participar pessoas físicas e jurídicas de direito privado, com ou sem fins lucrativos, e grupos não constituídos juridicamente.

A ministra da Cultura, Marta Suplicy, lançou o edital no dia 8 de agosto, em São Paulo.

Os projetos a serem inscritos no edital deverão estar dentro de um dos quatro eixos do pilar 'Conteúdos Culturais'. São eles: 

Brasil Audiovisual (apresentação da produção audiovisual brasileira atendendo média metragem, documentários, animação e ficção); Brasil Criativo (conteúdos artísticos, em formato digital, de artesanato, moda, arquitetura, design e gastronomia, de expressão local, lidando com as mais variadas linguagens da economia criativa); Brasil Diverso (manifestações tradicionais de todos os Estados do País, atividades entre Pontos de Cultura e valorização do patrimônio material e imaterial brasileiro) e Brasil das Artes (exibições artísticas nas áreas da música, teatro, circo, dança, literatura e artes visuais).

No intuito de promover o intercâmbio entre as manifestações tradicionais de cada Unidade Federativa do País, o concurso prevê ainda a circulação de exibições. Por exemplo, o projeto selecionado no Acre se apresentará no Recife (PE); do Amazonas em Belo Horizonte (MG); do Piauí em Porto Alegre (RS); do Alagoas em Curitiba (PR); do Rio Grande do Sul em Natal (RN); do Sergipe em Brasília (DF); de Mato Grosso do Sul no Rio de Janeiro (RJ); do Espírito Santo em Manaus (AM); do Paraná em Salvador (BA); do Tocantins em São Paulo (SP); e da Paraíba em Cuiabá (MT).

 Os projetos serão escolhidos por uma Comissão de Avaliação e Seleção composta por 40 pessoas, dentre elas, representantes da sociedade civil (Conselho Nacional de Política Cultural), das Secretarias de Cultura das 12 cidades-sede e do MinC (Representações Regionais, instituições vinculadas e Secretarias).

The First Teapotcartoons Service Internacional Cartoon Exhibition 2013

Teapotcartoons Service announces the First International Exhibition of the Art of Humor. The titles for this edition will be:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    1.    All artists older than 18 can take part in the exhibition.
       2.    The deadline for sending the cartoons is:

4.    All the authors with Works selected for the exhibition will receive a copy of the Album and also all participiants will be awarded with the certificate(s) and / or Diploma(s) for each exhibited cartoon(s). There will be 10 Diploma(s) for top 10 cartoons selected by the comitee.
5.    All cartoons selected will be part of the documentary collection of the teapotcartoons Organization.
6.    When sending their cartoons, the authors are giving the “teapotcartoons Organization” the authorization of reproducing and spreding their works. That reproduction and/or spreading must be done always making a reference to the author’s name and its objective must be related to the content of the exhibition, with no obligation generated regarding the aouthorship of the work.
7.    The organization reserves the rights of not displaying those cartoons that could violate individual or collective rights.
8.    The participiants will be responsible before any claim on the aouthorship of the works. The organization will not be responsible before any claim made by a third party upon the violation of intellectual rights or property of the works.
9.    The participation in the exhibition implies the acceptance of these general requirements and the renounce to any legal claim. The authors will be the sole responsible of their works.
10.     The cartoons must be original and must be signed. (They can be published but should not be awarded before.) They can be made with any tecnique and in any format with no text, with maximum dimention of A3 (297 x 420 mm).
11.     Maximum 3 Cartoons accepted for each titles. 12.     All cartoonists should send a short biography, contact details (adress, phone number, e-mail adress) and own portrait photo / Picture / caricature in JPG format max. 1 MB.
13.     All cartoons for exhibition must be made in formats JPG with a minimum resolution of 300dpi maximum 2 MB and they must be sent to:

The first International Universal Tolerance Cartoon Festival

Universal Tolerance Organization with the vision of global peace, democracy, peaceful coexistence, respect of human rights, and sustainable development through tolerance organizes this festival to celebrate international day of tolerance in Norway on 16.November.2013.

Terms and conditions:

Competition is open to everybody around the world.

The art work must be original and not published or exhibited previously.

The work should be designed and colored digitally.

The artist should sign the original digital artwork, and number the printed version with pencil before mailing it to postal address.

The artwork should be filed as JPG with resolution of 300 dpi.

The artwork should be sent in 3 copies with A4 or A3 paper size.

Name and personal details and contacts (phone, email, country of origin, mailing address) of the artist should be written behind the artwork.

Artists should enclose a personal photo and short biography of themselves.

The artwork should demonstrate one of the subjects mentioned above. International juries will select the artwork for competition.

A collection of artworks will be published to present artistic view about principles of tolerance.

Every artist will receive three copies of the book at the end. Universal Tolerance Organization will have the right to publish the artworks in books, and websites of U.T.O

Awards:

First winner: 1500 Euros.

Second winner: 1000 Euros.

Third winner: 700 Euros.

Four other winners will each receive 100 Euros as an award from U.T.O.

If under any circumstances the winner is not able to travel to Norway to receive the award, Universal Tolerance Organization will make sure the award goes to the artist from any other possible way.

Governo paulista oferece até R$ 600 mil para concurso de criação e publicação de Histórias em Quadrinhos

O Programa de Ação Cultural, ProAC, destina até R$ 600 mil para a produção de HQs. Os autores de quadrinhos têm até 13 de setembro de 2013 pra inscrever seus trabalhos no Concurso de Apoio a Projetos de Criação e Publicação de História em Quadrinhos no Estado de São Paulo, promovido pela Secretaria de Estado da Cultura de São Paulo. 

Cada projeto de criação e publicação de HQ selecionado receberá R$ 40 mil. Este é o quinto ano seguido do programa. Os valores vêm variando, mas com o aumento de número de possíveis contemplados, o total destinado é três vezes maior que em 2012. Pelo menos 20% dos selecionados serão domiciliados fora da capital paulista.

Competition terms :

1. Each author can send maximum 5 original works.
2. The competition is open to everybody and is not restricted in terms of artistic design methods.
3. The format of works should not exceed the A4 dimension.
4. The competition is non-anonymous.
5. The works can be sent either online, by filling the electronic application form, or via regular mail, with each work signed on the reverse with the author´s name and their address.
6. The rewarded works will become the property of the organiser.

Citizenship/7th International Don Quichotte Cartoon Contest 2013

Citizen, a person that has certain rights, freedoms and obligations that is determined by the constitution of the state, a person who has a citizenship status. 
Citizenship in its most basic terms, citizenship represents a legal status which entitles a person to the state he/she was born and raised or lived for a certain amount of time.
However, citizens usually share something more than just by being born and raised or living in a piece of land. Such as religion, language, ethnicity, tradition, history...etc.
In political science, "citizenship" has a deeper meaning which refers to the equality in fundamental rights and freedoms among all citizens but when we take a glance at countries which has a significant amount of immigrant populations, we can witness examples of the poor application or even offense of these fundamental right and freedoms.

The Rules of Competition:
1) With participation in competition is possible only by Internet. (citizenship@donquichotte.org) 
2) The participating work may have been published neither with another competition presented nor on any way. With an offence, the deprivation of the achieved prices is the result.
3) The designs are to be drawn in A3-Size to deliver in 200 dpi dissolution and in Jpeg format. They know both and black-and-white, and to be colored, the coloured representation is exactly the same as the colortechnical treatment of the work is incumbent on not a containment. 4) The closing date of the competition is 24 September 2013) The jury exists, evaluates the works between 1. and 15. October. Results of this evaluation and conception of the price-crowned 
works are published on 18 October 2013. 
6) The large prize of 1000 Euros will be provided by the Turkish Community of Germany (Türkische Gemeinde in Deutschland- TGD). Other sponsors of our contest are the Department of Integration of Stuttgart Municipality (Abteilung Ýntegraiton/Stadt Stuttgart), lawyer Macit Karaahmetoglu and Grafithek Werbetechnik Stuttgart. The album of our international contest will be provided by the "Þiþli Municipality of Istanbul"..
