(C) Entertainment Star; (D) Business Star

2,Deadline:

January 30, 2014(Chinese New Year's eve)

3,Entries:

1) Size: Min:A4(210mmx297mm), Max:A3(297mmx420mm).

2) Quantity: Unlimited .

3) Please send digital original drawings to this contest. Black & white or colored, any style, any technique will be accepted.

4) Participants are requested to send together with their cartoons, an entry-form with digital signature, a photograph or caricature. The form can be downloaded at FreeCartoonsWeb.

5) Titles or entry-form must be filled out in understandable English or Chinese.

6) All cartoonists can participate in festival through your own E-mail by submitting your cartoons to: freecartoons@126.com

Format:JPEG Size:max.4M per cartoon Resolution ratio:200dpi-300dpi

7) The excellent cartoons will be published in Chinese newspaper and magazine.Some cartoons will be exhibited in China.All cartoons will not be returned.

WGC - thematic competition for digital cartoon- 2014

World Gallery of Cartoons continue with the periodical thematic competitions for
digital cartoons.
The first one on topic: HOLIDAYS!!!, anded on September 20, 2013,
and now the topic WINE is in progress.
The deadline is January 20, 2014. 

Тhe works should be sent by e-mail only (preferable format A4, .jpg, 300dpi).
The competition is open for all cartoonists around the world.
The works should be sent on the e-mail:
 cartoons@osten.com.mk 

For the cartoonist whose work will be assessed as the best cartoon of the
competition, the organizer envisages the award an exhibition in OSTEN Gallery,
Skopje.

Note: The submitted works will be published on the official site of OSTEN and on the
FB page of OSTEN World Gallery of Cartoons
